If you live locally, you can come down and collect your order in person.

Please be aware that Snowtart doesn't have a store and is only set up for dispatch and click and collect. 

This means that if you would like to try something on or look at a product, we can only do so if there's an order for the warehouse to find.

If you'd like to take advantage of this please make an order on the website and select 'pick up in store' for the delivery. You'll then be emailed with a confirmation. Once the order is ready for collection you'll receive another email letting you know it's ready.

We keep everything in the building so collection orders can be available quickly. To avoid disappointment please ensure you have received the 'ready for collection email' and have your order confirmation ready when you arrive.

We operate from the same building as the Biketart store so don't worry if you can only find a bike shop. Just head in and the team will grab your order.
