If you live locally, you can bring you order back to the shop for a refund or exchange.

Please be aware that Snowtart doesn't have a store front and is only set up for dispatch and click and collect.

This means that if you would like to try something on or look at a product, we can only do so if there's an order for the warehouse to find.

Exchanges can't always be processed immediately so if you're in a rush, give us a message before arriving.
