How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?Updated 6 months ago

We use Royal Mail and Fedex and we only use tracked services. Most items will be Royal Mail as standard unless they're large, heavy or expensive in which case we'll use Fedex.

Standard Tracked 

All orders over £50 are eligible for free standard tracked delivery. For orders under £50 there is a £3 charge. 

Orders sent using standard tracked are usually delivered in 2-3 days. Any eligible order can be upgraded to a choice of faster or scheduled delivery options.

Priority Tracked 

For £4 your order is sent by premium tracked delivery which gives a 1-2 day (including Saturdays) delivery timescale. 

This service is provided by Royal Mail who will usually deliver on Saturdays. Orders must be placed by 3pm in order to be processed before our daily Royal Mail collection.

Next Day Courier

If you require next-working-day delivery then this is provided by FedEx and is £7.

Orders must be placed by 3.30pm in order to be processed before our daily DPD and FedEx collections.

If you choose next day delivery on an in-stock item before 3.30pm and for any reason it is not possible to despatch your order that same day we will contact you.

Next Day Courier Before 12

The same as next day but before 12, this is £15.99.

Weekend dispatch

Please be aware we don't dispatch anything over the weekend, if you make an order after 3pm on a Friday we won't be able to post anything until Monday.
