What happens if my package is lost or arrives in a damaged state?Updated 7 months ago

Lost packages

At Snowtart, we strive to ensure every order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at support@biketart.com with your order number and any relevant details. Most couriers allow up to 10 days from shipping to consider a parcel lost.

Please be aware that during busier times, such as bank holidays, industrial action or Christmas parcels can take a little longer than advised. We'll always strive to let you know but if it doesn't arrive on time, don't panic, let us know and we'll do our best to advise you.


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at support@snowtart.com and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

We'll normally make a claim with the specific courier for damage or losses from parcels and may require additional evidence to make the claim.
